Revolt of the Machines

What makes a human, human? This is one of many questions posed by Alex Garland in his Director’s debut science-fiction film, ‘Ex Machina’, but without giving any answers. The film, which features modern minimalist optics, examines the boundary between human and machine, without lapsing into philosophical musings.
